Select the specific role you're applying for (e.g., Medical Virtual Staff, RCM Support, IT/EMR Support, CSR, Back Office Support) and fill out the application form.
Take a short online assessment relevant to the role you're applying for (e.g., admin, billing, IT support, customer service, etc).
We review your qualifications, healthcare background, and skill assessment.
Our recruitment team conducts an interview to understand your strengths and match you to appropriate roles in our talent pool (Medical Virtual Staff, RCM, IT/EMR Support, CSR, Back Office Support).
After successfully passing the assessment and final interview, candidates are required to complete all pre-deployment requirements within 3–5 business days.
These requirements must be finalized prior to gaining access to the self-paced training modules. Training access will only be granted once all submissions have been verified.
After the internal interview and provisional hiring, candidates are required to complete mandatory role-specific training modules and compliance training within 5 business days.
Both trainings will conclude with final assessments. Candidates must pass both the role-specific assessment and the compliance assessment to be endorsed and moved into the active talent pool.
Shortlisted candidates are introduced to client opportunities. Clients conduct interviews to confirm alignment with their specific role requirements.
Once selected by the client, candidates proceed to onboarding. This includes access setup, orientation on client-specific tools and workflows, and alignment with the client’s standard operating procedures.
The Avintrex Client Success Team will provide full support during this phase to ensure a smooth transition and successful deployment.
