These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.avintrex.com (“Site”) and your engagement with any services offered by Avintrex Health Outsourcing Solutions, a brand operated by Avintrex Global Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our Site or contracting services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
Avintrex Health Outsourcing Solutions provides healthcare business process outsourcing services, including but not limited to:
Medical Virtual Assistant staffing
Revenue Cycle Management support
IT & EMR technical support
Healthcare customer service
Back office and administrative assistance
We act as a service provider, not an employer, of virtual healthcare staff assigned to your account.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate service requirements and documentation
Respect agreed working hours, scopes, and SOPs
Maintain legal and compliant use of any sensitive data shared
Not solicit or directly hire assigned VAs without prior written agreement
Cooperate in providing platform access, communication channels, and system credentials as needed
All VAs provided by Avintrex are independent contractors and not employees of either Avintrex or the client. Avintrex is not liable for benefits, taxes, or labor disputes involving client-side misclassification.
All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:
Any proprietary or sensitive business information
Patient data, PHI, and client records accessed by VAs
Communication or internal SOPs not meant for third-party disclosure
Avintrex requires all VAs to sign NDAs and undergo privacy training prior to assignment.
Avintrex operates in accordance with:
HIPAA (USA)
PIPEDA / PHIPA (Canada)
UK GDPR
Australia Privacy Act
Singapore PDPA
However, clients are responsible for ensuring their internal use of VAs remains compliant with their industry-specific or jurisdiction-specific obligations.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are billed monthly and must be paid by the due date on the invoice. Services may be paused or discontinued if payment is delayed.
Additional hours, scope changes, or urgent replacements may incur extra fees, subject to prior agreement.
Either party may terminate service with 14 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of:
Breach of confidentiality
Non-payment
Violation of local/international laws
Unethical conduct toward VAs or Avintrex staff
Upon termination, client access to assigned staff and systems will be revoked.
All SOPs, process documents, training guides, and internal systems developed by Avintrex remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Work output created by VAs for the client (e.g., schedules, notes, forms) will be considered client-owned.
Avintrex is not liable for:
Client-side data breaches or misconfigurations
Losses due to third-party software malfunctions
Decisions made by clients based on VA input without clinical review
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent month of service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. All changes will be posted on our Site with an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
