Role
Key Functions
EMR Support Assistant
Assists with EMR navigation, clinical template updates, basic data input, and first-level troubleshooting. Supports providers with day-to-day EMR usage and workflow customization.
System Admin / Tech VA
Creates and manages EMR user accounts, permission roles, and access logs. Supports system configurations and provider onboarding for telehealth platforms.
IT Support VA (Full-Time)
Provides full-time IT helpdesk support including ticket triage, login and password resets, hardware/software coordination with vendors, and assistance for remote staff.
Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator
Coordinates system access setup and deactivation for new or exiting staff, tracks onboarding logs, and ensures credentialing documentation is updated and archived.
