Posts payments from ERAs and EOBs, applies contractual adjustments, and balances daily and month-end reconciliation logs.

Provider Credentialing Assistant

Gathers provider documents, completes credentialing applications (e.g., CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid), monitors re-attestation dates, and ensures deadlines are met.

Prior Authorization Specialist
